My first attack hit when I was 16—my vision became blurred, my hands went numb, and a blinding head pain that lasted until the next day was my introduction to migraine, which became a constant presence in my life.
For years, I struggled to manage it. Doctors offered prescriptions for when an attack hit, but no one seemed focused on preventing them in the first place. It wasn’t until I started researching migraine that I discovered a key truth: people with migraine often have specific nutrient deficiencies—and supplementing them could make a real difference.
The problem? Most migraine supplements on the market didn’t use the right forms, the right dosages, or even the right ingredients backed by research. So, I decided to fix that.
